We do however always consider what is right for your trip and how our brand may be represented with some certain requests, if we feel there is too much risk in either quality, your experience, financial stability of the supplier or any other questionable factors we will offer an alternative that is better suited.

Through our relationships and contracts with hotels, cruise companies, tour operators and insurance providers we are paid a commission to service and manage your booking directly from these providers. In most cases this enables you to book with us at no additional cost than it would be booking directly.

Where your trip involves a significant amount of pre-planning, an upfront consulting fee may be required, this covers our time and expertise, it also guarantees you top quality work, a professional approach and a personalised travel offer.

We love to travel and often pay for our own holidays just like our clients. We do however get amazing opportunities to familiarise ourselves with destinations or products that our partners need expert assistance reviewing, recommending, servicing, and booking.
